Shipping

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS.

​

Domestic within the US order: expect 5-7 days to arrive to you.

 

International orders: expect 2-3 weeks to arrive to you from the US. 
 

Once your order is packaged and dropped off at the post office, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to track your package. Note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your package is received by the carrier. We make every effort to process and drop your order within 5 days (weekends not included).

MAR is not held responsible for any lost/stolen packages - should your item be stolen or wrongly delivered, please contact your local USPS post office to inquire on how to open a claim.

Orders that are more than $250 will automatically qualify for free shipping.

Return policy

Our handmade pieces are one of a kind and made in small batches, therefore making all sales final. You item will come with care instructions and what to do so your piece lasts for many years. The care instructions are very detailed and if followed, your piece should have no issues. 

​

Depending on your circumstance, certain handmade pieces may be exchanged for equal value within a week of your piece arriving to you. Please email wild__mar@hotmail.com to see if applicable.
