workshops

༶ Earth Shaping: Ceramics for ceremony
Clay connects us directly to the earth. In this workshop we enter into the dialogue with soil and water. Shaping with our hands to create vessels that carry meaning. Guided in traditional and intuitive methods, you will craft your own small ceremonial piece - an instrument and/or a copalera (incense holder) to carry smoke and prayer. This is a space to slow down and to listen to the clay and let the earth teach you about form, patience and offering.
༶ Beadwork as ancestral prayer with Katie & Michelle
In this hands-on workshop we gather around the ancient art of beadwork. Each bead becomes a breath, each pattern a prayer, each thread a reminder of our connection to ourselves and the land. We will learn a simple stitch technique and weave our own pair of earrings. while we weave, we will invite to set intentions and infuse our creations with meaning. no experience is needed, jst open hands and heart.
༶ Self-breast massage and feminine embodiment
This workshop is an intimate journey of returning to the body with reverence. Guided through self-breast massage, we honor the chest as a center of nourishment, love and intuition. Together we will release tension, awaken circulation and reclaim this tender space as sacred. It is a practice of listening inward, of softening into safety and of celebrating the power and wisdom that lives without our bodies as women.

We will be staying in two beautiful homes, each holding its own spirit and medicine.
Otavalo (Andean Highlands)
Our retreat begins in a spacious house nestled in the Andes of Otavalo, surrounded by sacred volcanoes and overlooking Lake San Pablo. From here, we wake to breathtaking views of Taita Imbabura and spend our days close to the vibrant heartbeat of Andean culture. The home is warm and welcoming, with shared and private rooms, hot water and everything we need for comfort and rest.
Mindo (Cloud Forest)
Later, we move into the lush green embrace of Mindo’s cloud forest. Here we stay in a cozy wooden home where lush green life surrounds us with songbirds and waterfalls. It is the perfect space for slowing down, integrating our journey and being held by the vibrant energy of the forest.
